Climate Change Conference 2020

The 4th International Conference on Climate Change 2020 – (ICCC 2020) will be held from 27th-28th February 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM). The conference will feature speakers representing both academia and industry who are experts in Climatology.

Topics are for example:

Senior Lecturer in Transport Planning at the University of Westminster

The School of Architecture and Cities is one of the leading schools of architecture in the UK. Situated in the centre of London, it enjoys large, newly refurbished studios and a recently commissioned Fabrication Laboratory featuring extensive digital and analogue workshops. It benefits from being part of a wider, collaborative College of Design, Creative and Digital Industries. The School’s programmes are characterised by strong links to practice and teaching-led research, as well as by a commitment to embracing new technologies and innovation in design.

This position is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

The DLGS offers Doctoral Fellowships at the TU Dresden for up to three years

The tenth DLGS cohort is oriented towards making cities and regions more sustainable, resilient and inclusive. Doctoral Candidates will investigate new concepts, instruments and policies to promote social development, economic growth and environmentally sustainable urban and regional development.

This announcement addresses excellent graduates who hold an M.A., M.Sc. or equivalent* in Spatial Planning and Development (including City and Regional Planning and Landscape Planning), Economics, Sociology, Geography or Environmental Sciences and have written a Master’s thesis.

The Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering at the Luleå University of Technology (Luleå, Sweden) is now seeking to appoint a Professor and Head of subject in Architecture at the Division of Architecture and Water. The Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering conducts research and education in mining, structural engineering and environment areas. The research and education have a strong applied and experimental profile with several large and well equipped laboratories. The department is ran by a dedicated staff, with a well-established record of successful collaborations with the business and public sector. 70 % of the research is funded externally in well-developed national and international cooperation with universities worldwide.
