The EURA 2026 international conference aims to encourage critical reflection on the links between environmental, social and spatial justice; between institutional action and the agency of citizens and their organisations; between different kinds of knowledge from the perspective of post-human agency in cities and territories.

Papers (Abstracts): Contributions should be limited to 250–350 words and include 3 keywords and 3 references. The abstract must present original research conducted by the author(s) and clearly outline the main argument, scope of the contribution, methodological and/or conceptual approaches, and its relevance to the track themes and core topics of the conference.
Pre-Organised Panels / Special Sessions: Proposals should be limited to 1,000 words and include 3 keywords and 5 references. Each abstract should highlight the significance of the contribution, introduce the main arguments from a methodological and conceptual perspective, and demonstrate its relevance to the track themes and core topics of the conference.

Since 2008, URP aims to bridge the intellectual and geographical ‘divides’ that currently exist in the field of urban affairs. As well as traditional academic papers, the journal journal also includes sections on policy, project reports, and book reviews. The journal provides a systematic description of urban issues, urban developments and urban policy & implementation.
