The European Urban Research Association would like to express its sincere thanks to the Centre for Sustainable Planning and Environments at the University of the West of England for hosting, organising, and sponsoring the annual EURA Conference. Special thanks goes to the Chair of the conference Prof. Danielle Sinnett, the organizing committee and the whole Bristol team. We are especially grateful to the speakers of the two plenary sessions, to all staff involved in the organisation of the mobile workshops, as well as all panelists, track chairs and discussants.

The paper titled "Regulating Urban Resilience: the need for interconnected standards and responsibilities for climate change resilience for the UK Urban areas", by Chris Medland and Jonathan Chenoweth won the EURA 2025 Emerging Scholar Award. Congratulations once again to the winners and thank you to all PhD and emerging researchers who submitted papers.

We provide here a warm welcome to the EURA 2025 Conference to be held in Bristol, UK on 10-13 June 2025. The conference theme is ‘Creating healthy and sustainable cities’ and we are absolutely delighted with the response to the call for papers. Over 280 scholars have now registered for the conference, and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) is now working closely with the Co-Chairs of the nine tracks to schedule the various sessions. In addition to 19 pre-organised panels more than 230 papers will be delivered. This is a most encouraging response.

Submission must include: A title outlining the content of the panel (maximum 20 words); A theme statement explaining what the panel will discuss and why the content is relevant to the EURA 2025 conference theme; The names of the 4 scholars (and their affiliations) who will participate in the pre-organised panel; Keywords (at least 3 keywords and no more than 5 keywords); The track you are submitting your proposal to
