The proposed EURA working group should focused on recentralization in these countries experiencing an ‘illiberal turn’. Call for projects for the 14th Biennial of European Cities and Town Planners Inclusive cities and territories, which will be in Naples at DiARC Università di Napoli Federico II, 22-24 April 2024. The Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA) - EURA partner-, and Meiji University, Tokyo, in collaboration with the Japan Society for Public Administration (JSPA), and The Sakurada Foundation, will host the AAPA Annual conference.
